As Energy Efficiency is becoming a more important aspect of building design ADI Building Services P/L. seeks to provide up to date knowledge and skills in the hope of designing houses for the future. All designs are required to achieve a 5 Star Energy Rating and with the talk of this Star value to increase to 7 future proofing our designs is an important aspect of the design phase of any house.

ADI also incorporates an insulation inspection into our Building Permit package, ensuring that the Energy Report is being followed correctly by the builder. Such a service is not provided by most Building Surveying companies; it is designed to give our clients the peace of mind that their house is going to be as Energy Efficient as the 5 Star benchmark achieves.

We use the BERS Pro Energy Rating software   the Deemed to Satisfy provisions (DTS) of the BCA.
